Stellenbosch University’s Development and Alumni Relations Division warmly invites you to an online networking event that will provide an opportunity for Maties from the Faculty of Engineering to meet one another. Over the last decade, the number of Matie engineers who moved to Europe has increased. Rebuilding networks are hard, and navigating new countries, industries, and the general working environment can be challenging. To further build the alumni network we want to establish an active, supportive community locally, aimed specifically at connecting with Matie Engineering graduates in Europe.
To get the ball rolling we will be having a virtual introductory meet-and-greet. This will be held over two sessions, so you can choose a time that best suits you. We’ll introduce the team and then open the floor for suggestions and discuss what such a community could mean to you and what you might want from it.
