29 June 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

  • « Science Café is going online
  • Lunchtime concert with Niel du Preez »

Greetings to you from Stellenbosch.

These are unprecedented times and the global lockdown as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in all of us having to reflect on how we move forward together as Maties and friends of Stellenbosch University (SU).

Whilst our in-person events scheduled for North America have been curtailed for the remainder of 2020, we are delighted to invite you to an online engagement webinar. We wish to remain connected with you, albeit via the digital world, as you have helped to shape this institution and cement its reputation as a world-class academic institution.

It is therefore with great pleasure that our Development and Alumni Relations Division in partnership with our Stellenbosch University LaunchLab, invites you to join an online webinar entitled: ‘Entrepreneurial Mindsets for the New Normal: How we can use entrepreneurial techniques to thrive in the new post COVID-19 world order’.

This webinar will be led by the CEO of the LaunchLab, Joshua Romisher, while while our Rector and Vice Chancellor, Prof Wim de Villiers, will provide a brief introductory update on how the University has been pivoted to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Date:  Monday, 29 June 2020
Time: 09:00 (PST); 12:00 (EST); 18:00 (SAST)
RSVP: Please click here to RSVP.

Click here to join the session via Microsoft Teams.

Speakers: Joshua Romisher, Launchlab CEO and Prof Wim de Villiers, Rector and Vice Chancellor of SU

Any enquiries for this event should be directed to Randall Adams at adamsr@sun.a.za.

We look forward to welcoming you online!
