The Faculty of Theology at Stellenbosch University (SU) is delighted to invite you to the annual Russel Botman Memorial Lecture, a tribute to the life and visionary ideals of Prof Hayman Russel Botman and his commitment to Theological Justice.
This year’s lecture will delve into the topic, Russel Botman: A legacy on a continuum of hope. We are honoured to have Dr Beryl Botman, the spouse of the late Professor Botman, as our distinguished speaker for this occasion.
This annual event is a collaborative effort between the Faculty of Theology, the Curatoria of the Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa, and the Dutch Reformed Church in South Africa, in conjunction with the Beyers Naudé Centre for Public Theology.
