You are warmly invited to our last Maties Wine Club event for 2021.
For our closing cheers to the year, we are honoured to welcome Michael Malan from Simonsig wine estate. For many years, Simonsig has been committed to producing wines of internationally regarded excellence that express the diverse terroirs of Stellenbosch.
Join us as we taste through a selection of this renowned wine estate’s wines: the Kaapse Vonkel Brut 2019, Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc 2020, Avec Chêne Chenin Blanc 2018, Tiara red blend 2017, Labyrinth Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 and ending off the evening with the powerful Frans Malan Cape blend 2016. It is no secret that wine is best paired with great company, but we also suggest preparing some crackers, olives and cheese to further enhance your online wine experience.
Capreo, our long-standing partners, will ensure that your wine package is delivered to your doorstep within three to five working days. For each wine package sold, Capreo has agreed to donate R50 towards the Stellenbosch University Bursary Fund.
We have two curated packages available — a standard package CLICK HERE and a premium package CLICK HERE.
The standard package includes the Kaapse Vonkel Brut 2019, Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc 2020 and Tiara red blend 2017, whilst our premium package contains the full selection that will be tasted on the evening. We suggest opening the wines 20 minutes before the tasting and remember to ensure that you’re enjoying your wines at the correct temperature.
Terms and conditions
Cost for the Standard and Premium wine packages includes shipping. The cost of the package depends on the country from where it is ordered.
