Heemstede Alumni Brunch Invitation

7 March 2020 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

  • « Homecoming Parkrun
  • Minerva Alumni High Tea »

Dear Fellow Heemies

We are very excited to announce that Heemstede will be hosting a reunion brunch in our very own Heemstede Dining Hall, known to old Heemies as the Eetsaal and to the newer Heemies as the HeemKhaya.

The morning aims to provide a space for old Heemies to reconnect, to network and to reminisce about the place we all called home for several years, while enjoying a brunch together, just as our current Heemies do when celebrating a special occasion. The morning also serves as an opportunity to see how far Heemstede has progressed over the years. During the course of the morning we will also have an Old Heemie as a guest speaker, sharing some of their fondest memories of Heemstede.
Dress code: Smart casual

Ticket price: R 130

Please RSVP by the 28th of February and email your proof of payment to 21571392@sun.ac.za.

The ticket price includes the brunch, top class coffee from a local roastery, a small memorabilia as well as an automatic entry into a raffle that will take place during the proceedings. There will be more tickets available during the course of the morning for those who wish to purchase additional entries (please note: the raffle tickets will be cash only).

Tickets for the morning can be purchased via EFT using the following details:

Bank: Standard Bank

Account: 073006955

Branch: 050610

Reference: HK234

Once paid, please email the proof of payment for the ticket to 21571392@sun.ac.za for catering purposes. Please also stipulate if you have any special dietary requirements.

For any other queries please contact Micaela Giltrow on 0820496537 or email at 21571392@sun.ac.za .

This Heemstede reunion is planned in conjunction with the Homecoming Weekend hosted by the University, making it convenient to join us while you are in Stellenbosch.
