More than a cup of rooibos tea . . .

The Faculty of AgriSciences takes pleasure in inviting you to our Women’s Day alumni event. Join us for an interesting online discussion on Thursday, 13 August 2020.

Our guest speaker will be Matie alumna Lize du Preez (née Mouton), Marketing Director of Carmién Tea. Her topic: More than a cup of rooibos tea. Lize will discuss the goodness of rooibos tea and touch on the latest health research on this topic.

More on Lize du Preez
Lize has been working at Carmién Tea since 2011. Her responsibility stretches across all departments but focuses on all aspects of brand building, marketing and packed tea exports. Apart from managing the Carmién Tea brand, Lize and her team also launched the Lize Mouton Collection brand in 2018.

Lize is a proud Matie. She holds a BA in Socio-Informatics and a postgraduate diploma in marketing from Stellenbosch University. She also completed a postgraduate diploma in marketing and advertising at Red & Yellow, a financial management course at UCT’s Graduate School of Business, and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pretoria Gordon Institute of Business Science.
