#ChangingLives: Many years ago, someone once told me that the sky is the limit for someone like me, especially as a woman and I should not settle for second best.
These words carried me through my career.
I always felt unfulfilled and that I am destined for more. I keep on believing that there is more I can do.
I have taken the stance that as a woman I will not change who I am to fit the specific image of what is considered appropriate behaviour and therefore does not mean we have to limit ourselves in what we can do. If we are not comfortable within ourselves, how can we reach our maximum capabilities?
Do not limit yourself to others’ expectations but set your own expectations. No need to set a final destination because the sky is the limit.
I certainly do not believe that I have reached my destination, have you?
