In terms of the Procedure Governing the Extraordinary meeting of the Convocation on 1 June 2023 please note the following:
If no valid objections have been received within two business days after this e-mail has been disseminated to members of Convocation, the vote will be deemed valid and the outcome final. Any objections must be lodged with the SU Registrar or her delegated authority via elections@sun.ac.za within two business days and these objections will be dealt with by the ad hoc Chairperson of the extraordinary meeting.
