The Development and Alumni Relations Division of Stellenbosch University warmly invites you to our upcoming autumn networking event where alumni Sabine Paul and Johan Swart will share their insights and experience on mentorship. Sabine is a mentor for her company’s mentorship programme and Johan is an independent mentor and coach.
We will explore:
- The difference between mentorship, coaching and counselling
- Formal and informal mentoring programmes
- The benefits of being a mentee or a mentor
