There’s nothing like good food and great company to make the summer holidays extra special … So, before you settle back at work, Stellenbosch University’s Development and Alumni Relations Division, requests the pleasure of your company at our very first virtual cooking demonstration.
As a special treat, Matie alumna and food consultant, Heleen Meyer, is inviting our alumni in Europe into her kitchen where she will demonstrate delicious recipes that you could enjoy at your last braai of the season.
To whet your appetite — think curried or lemon and herb kebabs, with side dishes such as mielie bread or brown rice and lentils, and for dessert, buttermilk pudding with a berry sauce or dark chocolate truffles, to name but a few of her delicious dishes.
